Morgan McKinley are seeking an experienced Project Engineer is required to support a series of capital equipment upgrades within tablet manufacturing operations (e.g., compression, coating systems). This role involves managing full project lifecycle activities, from early-stage feasibility through to commissioning and validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CAPEX projects from concept to closeout
Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development
Oversee design, procurement, installation, and qualification phases
Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders
Monitor schedules, budgets, and report on progress
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards
Manage change controls and validation documentation
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or related discipline
8+ years in project engineering, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment
Proven experience managing full-lifecycle CAPEX projects
Familiarity with change control systems and validation protocols
Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations
