Senior Project Engineer - CAPEX Projects

Morgan McKinley are seeking an experienced Project Engineer is required to support a series of capital equipment upgrades within tablet manufacturing operations (e.g., compression, coating systems). This role involves managing full project lifecycle activities, from early-stage feasibility through to commissioning and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CAPEX projects from concept to closeout

• Conduct feasibility studies and support business case development

• Oversee design, procurement, installation, and qualification phases

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and liaise with stakeholders

• Monitor schedules, budgets, and report on progress

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

• Manage change controls and validation documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline

• 8+ years in project engineering, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment

• Proven experience managing full-lifecycle CAPEX projects

• Familiarity with change control systems and validation protocols

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and safety regulations
