We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator (German & English) to join our team in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys working with international clients and delivering outstanding service in both German and English.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online channels in both German and English.
Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the client experience.
Support additional administrative and operational duties as required.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (administration background an advantage).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Competitive salary of €35,000 - €50,000, depending on experience.
Hybrid model - 2 days per week onsite in Dublin City Centre.
