Location: Dublin (Hybrid work, 2 days WFH)

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business and repeat sales.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in B2B senior sales, with a proven record of hitting targets and closing big deals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a winning sales team.
- Highly competitive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Expert negotiator and communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline analysis.
