Capital Programme Delivery Lead

I am delighted to be working with a National Body as they gear up for a once in a generation capital investment to modernise their operations.

This is a uniquely challenging, decade long project will involve the design, construction and hand over of a one-of-a-kind building in the country. Having met with the client, I can say that design parameters are tightly controlled, and they have a clear strategy on how delivery will be managed to avoid alterations, changes and overruns.

The role will involve:

· Working with internal stakeholders and external consultants to manage the successful completion of a complex design and build process

· Ongoing communication with the Organisations Management to fully understand the distinctive operational issues they face

· Engagement with specialist international subcontractors to manage timely and collaborative delivery of project phases

· Transfer of operations to the site once completed and input into initial operations.

This role will suit someone:

· With largescale capital project delivery experience (in excess of €250m)

· Knowledge of Public Procurement processes

· Stakeholder management and communication skills
