My client is an FMCG aligned business, on the hunt for a communications aficianado to support the business through periods of change and bolster employee relations. They are in need of a strong professional who is adept at working cross-functionally with departments, with clear communication verbally and has a commercial business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead internal communications for key projects and change programs, ensuring clear and timely messaging across the business.
Collaborate with HR, operations, and other teams to develop communication plans that support employee engagement and business goals.
Create engaging content for internal channels including intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, and live events.
Maintain consistency in tone, language, and visual identity across all communications.
Monitor communication performance and use insights to improve clarity, reach, and impact.
Key Requirements:
A Bachelor or higher degree in communications, media, journalism or a similar discipline.
3 to 5 years' hands-on experience delivering impactful communication strategies in fast paced or highly structured environments, FMCG, supply chain or logistics exposure is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing communication initiatives involving multiple departments, stakeholders or business units, especially in change communications.
Advanced writing and editing skills, with a flair for distilling complex information into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate messaging.
