A reputable retail company based in North West Dublin is seeking a skilled Credit Control Administrator to join their team. - Salary: €32,000 - €35,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the credit control mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer queries.
- Sending out proof of deliveries (PODs) and ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries and payments.
- Processing daily cash applications and credit card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting in opening new client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
- Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address any issues related to credit control and accounts receivable.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts or administration, preferably in a credit control or finance-related role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
