Customer Service Administrator

Our client in Dublin 11 is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth so is now expanding their Customer Service team.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team of Customer Service Agents on a permanent contract. Successful candidates will have a passion for Customer Service and previous experience in a customer facing role. This company has an increasing presence across Europe and expect to continue their expansion plans

Location: Dublin North

Salary: 32k

Start date: ASAP

Working Model: Onsite

Working Schedule: Monday to Wednesday 11am - 8pm / Thursday - Friday 12pm - 8pm

What will I be doing?

• Handling incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining and customer accounts on internal systems and Microsoft Excel
• Updating customers on their orders
• Providing support on webchat
• General administrative duties

What is required of me?

• You will have previous experience working in a Customer Service position
• You're comfortable working with MS Office package
• You are a team player and love to learn new things
• You have full permanent working authorisation in Ireland
• Available to work onsite in Dublin North
