This family owned business has over 20 years experience installing and maintaining state of the art CNC equipment to manufacturing customers around Dublin and Leinster to a high standard with quality and safety always at the forefront of their Business.
We are looking to speak with skilled Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. The role involves corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime for our clients. The ideal candidate has mechanical and electrical expertise in CNC equipment and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (milling, lathes, grinders, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Install, commission, and test new CNC machines.
- Read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Document service activities and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
- Travel to client sites as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in field service, maintenance, or repair.
- Education: Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
