Our client, a prominent leader in the FMCG sector, is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their Commercial team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with business leaders to ensure a strong understanding of performance-critical metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Identifying potential financial risks, proactively addressing challenges, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Providing insightful financial analysis to support business planning, helping to bridge performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluating key business plans, ensuring financial robustness in investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Reviewing and refining operational and commercial plans to align with current business conditions and performance objectives.
- Leading financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
- Developing financial models to assess the impact of promotions and investment decisions on profitability, supporting informed decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with at least three years of relevant experience or an equivalent qualification.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication abilities combined with a keen commercial mindset.
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
