Financial Planning Consultant| Permanent | Dublin / hybrid
Due to both organic growth and recent acquisitions, our client is expanding their team and seeking a Financial Planning Consultant to join their employee benefits business. As a result of this growth, they now have a significantly larger number of individual clients and prospects who require expert financial planning support.
This is a senior role reporting to the Head of Financial Planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering customer-focused financial planning advice, with a particular focus on retirement planning and overall financial wellbeing. You will also support the delivery of member services to corporate clients and play a key role in developing a strong portfolio of individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality financial planning advice to individual clients, especially in relation to retirement and broader financial wellbeing

Support the delivery of employee benefits and member services into corporate clients

Build and maintain a strong portfolio of individual clients through proactive business development

Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused team and mentor junior team members where appropriate

The ideal candidate will have:

QFA qualification (Certified Financial Planner status would be a distinct advantage)

Substantial experience in delivering individual financial advice

A proven ability to meet financial and commercial targets

Deep knowledge of financial, pension, and investment products

A client-first approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience working within both individual advice and group employee benefits

A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and develop junior staff
