We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual for the role of Financial Reporting Lead with our client, a leading multinational tech company with offices in Dublin City. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract with the potential for extension or permanent placement for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of four and report directly to the Finance Manager. In this role, you will oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, variance analysis, and act as a key partner to FP&A Reporting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate variance analysis.
- Lead and coordinate team members on various projects.
- Perform detailed balance sheet reviews and ensure all account reconciliations are accurate.
- Deliver critical accounting insights to key stakeholders during quarter-end.
- Address complex accounting transactions and ensure proper treatment in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Serve as a key liaison with FP&A Reporting, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance teams.
- Manage and respond to audit requests.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years post-qualification experience.
- Qualifications: Fully Qualified Accountant, preferably from a Big 4 or Top 10 firm.
- Expertise: At least 2 years working in a multinational organisation.
- Attributes: Motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to excel.
Other:
- 100% Remote Position - with the option to work hybrid from the Dublin office if preferred.
- Salary: €95-€100k, depending on experience.
- 6-Month Contract - with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent or being extended long-term.
