Morgan McKinley is recruiting a Head of Sales on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing Saas company. This is a fully remote role, offering you the opportunity to lead and shape the sales strategy for an innovative business. You'll be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for developing and optimising sales processes and implementing cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Implement and optimise sales processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyse sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product to ensure alignment and maximise impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a market leader.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- 5 years' experience in Saas sales.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Ambitious and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
