HR Business Partner (Operations-Focused) - 6-Month Contract

An established global manufacturing and healthcare company in West Dublin is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide maternity cover for a 6-month contract. This role will focus on supporting operational teams, partnering with senior stakeholders, and delivering key HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to operational leaders, providing guidance on all HR matters.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and company policies.
- Drive engagement and retention strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, and change management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment, supporting line managers effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Location & Work Arrangements:
- Dublin-based role with flexibility around location to different sites should it be required.
- Hybrid work available (maximum one WFH day per week)
