A leading global insurance broker in Dublin is looking to grow its Commercial Insurance team working across areas including Property, Liability and Motor. They have ambitious growth plans for 2025 and beyond, and after several promotions they are looking to continue ramping up hires. The roles offer good Hybrid and flexible working arrangements, flexitime, pension, healthcare, educational support and performance bonus among many other perks.
The successful Insurance Broker will process renewals and mid-term adjustments, amendments to policies and other changes. You will build and maintain client relationships managing a book of business while analysing and assessing client risks. You will negotiate with clients around insurance premiums and best cover, handling objections and getting clients set up on cover among other duties.
There is a clear progression pathway for the Commercial Insurance Broker to progress long term in the business and work closely with very experienced and high performing insurance brokers.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Negotiate on insurance policies and terms to secure the best coverage
- Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and advising on appropriate policies
- Analyse client risks and assess needs, providing customized insurance solutions
Job Requirements:
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified
- 5 Years Commercial Insurance experience
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills
The successful Client Services Executive will be joining the company at a stage of expansion across most areas with a long-term vision to grow their reach and secure new business while consolidating the current book.
