Role: Learning & Development Lead

Job Summary:
This role is a hands-on Learning and Development (L+D) role. You should have experience executing global strategy while supporting regional developmental needs and leading a team. The successful candidate will partner with a broad range of colleagues globally to help solve complex business challenges and opportunities, build and deliver initiatives to grow executives and leaders, and improve performance.
In this role, you will:
- Consult and advise HR and senior leaders on their learning, organizational development, coaching, and talent priorities across global offices.
- Collaborate across the business to develop solutions that promote strong organizational connectedness, support global alignment, and help leaders navigate change (personally and from an organizational perspective).
- Partner closely with global L+D team to identify solutions that can be used to support regional needs and to ensure alignment of direction.
- Support strategic team development and organizational design in partnership with senior leaders in the firm.
- Provide targeted coaching using common assessment tools for leaders and employees to help them reach their potential and maximize their performance and impact.
- Design, develop, and implement programs and initiatives that align with business goals and tailor content to specific client needs.
- Facilitate workshops, learning events (with a focus on management and leadership development), and meetings with senior leaders and teams.
What you need:
- Solid hands-on experience in Learning and Development, OD, or similar roles, with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience coaching, consulting with, and advising senior leaders; ideally the successful candidate should have either corporate, in-house or coaching experience
- Experience with supporting and leading change management and organizational design initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree and coaching certification required.
- Outstanding consultative and partnering skills including excellent listening and questioning skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to build scalable, high impact, mission- driven training programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and balance needs of the regional office with the direction of the global L+D function.
