We are looking for legal secretaries for our clients based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative role or as a legal assistant/secretary.

The role:
- Engaging with clients over the phone and in person, helping building deep relationships within the company
- Managing diaries and schedule meetings;
- Filing database updates and organizing billings files and documentation;
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence;
- Dealing with partners and solicitors on a daily basis, supporting them in general.
- Organizing and supporting company events.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an office environment, as an administrative or secretary roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a few tasks at the same time;
- Attention to detail and proactive behavior;
- IT Skills required (Excel and Word would be an advantage);
- Availability to work fully onsite.
- Strong typing skills
- Full working authorisation
