Morgan McKinley are working with an engineering company in Dublin South for a Marketing Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. The client is seeking a creative, proactive and self-motivated Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services, strengthen the brand's presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating sales, marketing, and estimating strategies to align with business goals and market trends.
- Managing and updating the company's WordPress website, including posting job opportunities, case studies, and new products/services to maintain relevant content.
- Maintaining a professional LinkedIn presence by engaging with industry professionals and potential clients to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Organizing workshops, seminars, and webinars for prospective and current clients.
- Designing and updating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, trade show displays, short videos, and advertisements using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Adobe InDesign.
- Developing and maintaining a library of case studies, templates, and tender documents to support business development and streamline proposal processes.
- Planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting on Google Ads and LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns.
- Ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and marketing materials across all platforms to reflect company values and engage the target audience.
- Collaborating with teams across sales, estimating, operations, HR, quality, and HSE to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- A third-level qualification in marketing or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a marketing executive role, ideally within the construction, or engineering.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop compelling content and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
- Experience with digital tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of campaigns.
