Role Overview
An opportunity has become available in a pharmaceuticals compay seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving brand growth and market penetration. This dynamic role focuses on executing marketing strategies, spearheading product launches, and optimizing cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results.
This is an initial 12 month contract.
Experience in digital channels, OTC products, and sales, complemented by a proven track record of driving revenue growth is preferred. Experience and network with the key buying groups is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Execution
- Lead and execute country-level marketing strategies with a primary focus on new product launches.
- Collaborate with cluster and local leadership teams to ensure seamless product launch execution.
- Act as the market expert, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
Marketing Campaigns
- Develop, localize, and implement marketing materials, leveraging both digital and traditional channels.
- Manage GCMA (Global Content Management Approvals) processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to align brand strategies with customer engagement activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Actively contribute to cross-functional team meetings, ensuring alignment across Alliance Markets.
Performance Management
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on OTC products and sales will be beneficial.
- Exceptional project management skills with a solutions-driven approach.
- Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an advanced level, PowerPoint, etc.).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Education
