Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join their Employee Central team. This role provides HR operational support, responding to employee inquiries related to payroll, PTO, HR systems, and policy compliance across multiple countries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a ticketing environment, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to HR service delivery.
HR Service Delivery & Employee Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for employee and manager HR-related inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional issue resolution.
Manage HR case transactions related to policies, benefits, and systems within an HR shared services environment.
Handle employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and benefits administration.
Support the Centers of Excellence (COE) teams, including Compensation, Employment Legal, and Payroll, by executing requested HR system changes.
HR Systems & Data Management:
Work within HR systems such as Kronos, Salesforce, Workday, or SAP to process transactions and manage employee data.
Maintain accurate employee records, including mass data uploads and audits to ensure data integrity.
Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.
Support audit processes and assist with annual compliance training cycles.
Conduct monthly quality reviews and propose process improvement initiatives.
Process Improvement & Documentation:
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR technology enhancements.
Update and maintain process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes for greater efficiency.
Experience in HR operations, shared services, or a similar role.
Experience working with HR tools and systems (e.g., Workday, Kronos, SAP, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms).
Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and data management best practices.
Familiarity with regional labor laws and compliance requirements.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive employee information confidentially.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Hebrew) are a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Background in payroll, HR systems, customer service, or call center experience is highly desirable.
