Personal Assistant - Dublin West
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Assistant for our client in West Dublin. This is a demanding but rewarding role that requires a proactive, organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing busy diaries, including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and appointments
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and calls
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings and conferences
- Prepares high-quality reports & presentations for senior management.
- Handles confidential information with discretion & professionalism.
- Proactive decision-maker, seeks guidance when needed.
- Provide administrative support for various projects as required
- Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
