Our engineering site in Dublin is a mature and strategically important engineering site operating alongside other functions such as sales and operations. We design, develop and implement engineering solutions at large scale for the full suite of products including many household names. This is an exciting and dynamic role at the center of many of the engineering cross-site initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive plans for the implementation of individual projects with the ability to drive results across a distributed set of stakeholders across several projects.
- Drive success on multiple project concepts, project work packages and create scalable cross-site projects across multiple teams with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) defined with key stakeholders.
- Able to consistently apply and combine excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills in a variety of scenarios,
- Support cross-site strategies and projects (e.g., talent, ecosystem and future skilling, innovation and value creation and engineering excellence)
- Work with the business manager to plan and run large-scale engineering all-employee meetings and events (content, preparing speakers, follow up communication, surveys etc.)
Communication:
- Working with the business manager and engineering leads to help curate content that tells the story of the engineering site and the value creation, e.g. create executive communication briefings for key international stakeholders, ensuring the sitewide internal SharePoint is current.
- We operate in a dynamic environment, and we will be looking to leverage this resource to help drive other cross-site projects, various ad-hoc requests, as per business requirements.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Operations or related field and work experience in program management, process management, process or equivalent experience.
- Core Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, communications, risk management, dependencies, scope, time, and budget.
- Organizational, time management, leadership skills for overseeing multiple projects that originate from a variety of program teams and stakeholders with the ability to successfully deliver against multiple and concurrent projects and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - immediate and extended organizations. In addition to direct stakeholder interaction, this will include being able to document solutions into run management processes.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse staff at all levels of the organization.
