Overview:
Deliver large-scale business transformation projects for financial services clients
Lead cross-functional workstreams from business case to project closure
Engage with senior stakeholders and manage governance, reporting, and budgeting
Use Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
Support internal operations, business development and team coaching
Produce high-quality client deliverables and facilitate stakeholder workshops
Required Experience:
7+ years in project management within financial services
Track record delivering complex, multi-stream projects
Strong stakeholder, financial, and people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands-on experience with MS Office and project tools (e.g. Clarity)
Degree-qualified with relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred
