About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the face of the office, owning the reception space by greeting visitors, including international colleagues and clients, and creating an unforgettable first impression.
- Confidently manage a busy switchboard and internal phone database, ensuring every call receives the attention it deserves.
- Take charge of vibrant events once comfortable in the role-book meeting rooms, send out invites, follow up on invoices, and ensure every detail is flawlessly executed.
- Act as the logistics expert, managing purchasing systems, tracking payments, and overseeing event-related policies with ease.
- Provide crucial support keeping everything running smoothly and on track for the team.
- Any other adhoc duties that arise.
