An opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager within a retail & catering company located in Dublin North. This candidate is required to have a full drivers licence as there is travel required with this position. This Retail Marketing Manager will be tasked on developing and executing localised marketing strategies, including on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
This role will strategically sit as the connection point between the Marketing, Mobilisation and Operations teams to deliver on the implementation of numerous brands under the company portfolio.
Key Accountabilities
- Shape and develop the brand's portfolio activation strategy through from concept, build, to site openings.
- Lead the activation planning process and brand application in physical environments
- Work closely with the mobilisation/ operations/ culinary teams to align new business activations with voice of the customer and business objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage key suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Develop strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders and third parties.
- Manage the day to day operations of the marketing function - scheduling, planning and delivering marketing function work as required.
- Manage, mentor and oversee workloads of the marketing team.
- Deliver a planned and well organised schedule of marketing theme events/days.
About You
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in retail marketing, a proven track record of achieving measurable enhancements, onsite performance, and experience in leading teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand, catering, retail, or customer marketing positions.
- Proven track record in launching new businesses in physical settings.
- Experience working with architects, graphic and interior designers, signage fabrication and install experts.
- Comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage industry and its major stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- A solutions-oriented mindset.
- A proactive attitude.
