Role: Rewards Specialist

Job Summary
As Reward Specialist, the successful candidate will deliver on both business-as-usual objectives and a range of key Reward projects, ensuring that Reward & Benefits policies and practices are in line with the Company's strategy and best market practice.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes
- Run the Annual Reward Review process in accordance with Reward Strategy and Divisional business requirements
- Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding and their support of the Reward policies and agenda
- Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation to facilitate effective delivery of Reward services to the business
- Perform assigned reward benchmarking activities (including salary & benefit surveys, salary positioning) to high standards
- Manage the benefit enrolment process and ensure accuracy for Payroll processing to deliver the highest quality of service to our employees
- Analysis and Insights is a key responsibility including Identifying emerging needs of the business and provide insights and recommendations to deliver solutions through the Reward Team
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as a Reward professional in a large organisation, or in a consulting capacity.
- Strong operational understanding of Total Reward policies and programmes
- Excellent analytical, communications and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to use expertise to develop innovative solutions that add value to the business
- Experience in Vendor Management and Benefit administration
