Our client is looking for a Senior Advisor Project Manager to join their Content Engineering and Translation team.
- A strong history of working for cross functional, technical and business focused teams.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies: scrum, lean, Kanban
- 5+ years' experience in project management.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and influencing skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams.
- Detail oriented with strong information seeking skills.
- Great listening skills and opennes to different points of view.
- Self-motivated and collaborative with ability to resolve conflict.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Good working knowledge of product model.
Key Accountabilities:

- Ability to intake high-level business needs and translate them into technical requirements and an executable plan.
- Formulate and drive actionable recommendations to solve complex problems.
- Constantly seeking opportunities to bring high value and commitment to team to cultivate a culture of inclusion.
- Engage with each key external workstream stakeholders to collect current program requirements, reporting needs, schedules to ensure all internal teams have the latest information. Maintain weekly touch points with those stakeholders, and share minutes of key items from those meetings.
- Ensure regular internal communication across team leads on any changes from the external stakeholders regarding program requirements or dates.
- Scope flexible engineering solutions fast and efficiently to meet the program needs.
- Fosters a culture of trust and collaboration. Responsible for setting tone of operations.
- Maintain central location of current program slides, status, reporting data for the team to use.
- Prepare weekly program status updates across the program efforts, and individual workstreams for leadership reporting.
- Ensure risks, gaps, resource, or stakeholder concerns are reported to the leaders in a timely manner to ensure they can be addressed.
