Business Analyst - 12 Month Contract
Morgan McKinley is working with a leading public sector organization to recruit a Business Analyst for a large-scale transformation program. This role is ideal for a proactive and pragmatic professional who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, optimize processes, and deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end delivery of reports and ongoing improvements
- Analyzing and resolving defects, change requests, and process inefficiencies
- Supporting transport operator and contract management reporting
- Facilitating collaboration with stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities
- Process improvement and transition to BAU operations
Key Requirements:
✔ 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst
✔ Experience in contact center or customer care environments
✔ Strong process documentation and reporting skills
✔ Solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative.
This will initially be a 12 month daily rate contract with the opportunity for extension. Hybrid role with 2 days onsite.
