Program Manager - ERP Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the retail transformation workstream for a large-scale, multi-year transformation program. This role will oversee key projects, including ERP replacement and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of experience managing complex commercial and technology projects in large-scale environments,
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, and expertise in vendor management, change management, and strategic planning.
• A background in FMCG, retail, or similar industries is highly desirable.

The is initially a 6-month contract with likelihood of an extension. The daily rate on offer ranges from €400 - €500 D.O.E
