This role supports the Workday Absence and Time project while managing Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities within Core HR. The HR Business Analyst will collaborate with the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) leading the project's HR workstream, assisting with project tasks, Core HR case resolution, and HR reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, analytical skills, and Workday expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Process Mapping:
- Assist the SME in gathering requirements.
- Develop process maps (current/future state).
- Support testing/deployment of Workday Absence and Time modules.
Core HR Operations & Case Management:
- Administer day-to-day Workday Core HR operations.
- Manage HR case resolution.
- Provide user support.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate and analyse HR reports.
- Ensure data integrity.
- Provide insights for process improvement.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Facilitate communication between project teams and HR.
- Provide regular progress updates.
Training & User Support:
- Assist in developing training materials.
- Provide ongoing Workday support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Experience as an HR Business Analyst with Workday Absence, Time, and Core HR exposure.
- Experience supporting international HR processes.
- Proficiency in process mapping and HR process understanding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and Workday reporting proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Workday certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Core HR.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
