Senior Change Manager

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is a key leadership role where you'll define and shape strategic vision, drive innovation, and lead systems and process change to enhance operational efficiency.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will:
- Shape the finance change strategy, leveraging data-driven personalisation, AI, and automation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead technology-driven solutions.
- Oversee finance change projects from inception to delivery, ensuring successful adoption.
- Manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations post-project handover.
- Foster a high-performance, innovative culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality management information.
- Maintain and optimise finance systems and processes for efficiency and control improvements.
- Lead project reporting and governance, including budget tracking, risk management, and progress updates.
Your Profile:
- Experience: 7+ years in strategic change and project management, ideally within financial services or insurance.
- Expertise: Proven track record in leading finance or technology change projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, influence strategy, and deliver results.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Finance qualification
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
- Experience with SAP and S4Hana systems.
