Role Overview
Join a leading financial services company in Ireland, working with high-performing teams to tackle complex financial services challenges. You'll help financial services organisations from strategy to execution, leading projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects across the full lifecycle, from business case development to close-out.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders and drive project outcomes while improving governance processes.
• Manage multi-stream projects, define deliverables, and ensure timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality.
• Lead agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) or hybrid approaches as needed.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, risks, and benefits.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions and best-in-class development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management in financial services.
• Experience delivering complex projects across the full lifecycle.
• Strong presentation, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management or Agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferred.
