Morgan McKinley are partnered with a leading consulting firm who are seeking an experienced professional to join its Program Risk Management team. This role focuses on providing programme assurance for ERP and technology projects across multiple sectors, including public sector, energy, financial services, and telecommunications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and enhancing programme success capabilities
- Managing risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Overseeing governance and quality assurance for ERP and technology projects
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and functional leads
- Managing relationships with ERP vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Overseeing change management activities to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes
- Monitoring project progress against key performance indicators, budgets, and timelines
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify lessons learned
- Supporting business development and internal initiatives, including team mentoring and recruitment
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a strong background in ERP/technology project management and programme assurance. Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and relevant project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) are highly desirable.
