Site Agent - Dublin

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil and engineering company based in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, particularly those related to water infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead and supervise site teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
• Monitor health and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of progress and report regularly to senior management.
• Ensure that the project complies with Irish Water standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on-site in a proactive and efficient manner.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience working on water infrastructure projects in Ireland or the UK is required.
• A background in civil construction with strong knowledge of site management, water works, and utilities.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
