Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client, are recruiting for an experienced Territory Sales Representative within the food and hospitality technology sector. This is a full-cycle sales role, giving you the opportunity to build and manage your own book of business. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business, pitching the platform and closing deals. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and knows the value of strong relationships.
This role is hybrid in Dublin - with on the road filed sales and flexibility to work form home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage prospective new business across Dublin.
- Managing the full sales cycle: from lead generation to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Take ownership of your territory, developing and executing a long-term strategy for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within the restaurant or food industry.
- A hunter mentality - proactive, ambitious, and driven to close deals and exceed targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and highly organised, with a strategic mindset.
- Full driving license and access to a car, with willingness to travel across Dublin region as needed.
