Regional Facilities Technical Lead
Location: Galway / Donegal (Castletown Bare or Galway offices)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday-Friday with flexibility)
A leading organisation is seeking a Regional Facilities Technical Lead to oversee the management of multiple sites across Donegal, Castletown Bare, and Galway.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a growing facilities portfolio, working closely with senior management to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Engineer based in Dublin.
Role Overview
- Oversee facilities management across multiple offices and operational sites.
- Manage operational budgets and third-party contractors.
- Support the development and integration of new facilities, many of which will be operational by Q3/Q4.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Liaise with senior managers, external stakeholders, and operational teams to deliver high-quality facilities services.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management.
- Strong budgetary management and proven experience overseeing third-party contractors.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
- Full clean driver's license required.
