Join a dynamic and fast-growing data analytics company specializing in innovative HR and Payroll analytics solutions. Due to our ongoing success and expanding customer base, we are seeking a Support Analyst to assist our team in delivering exceptional reporting and analytics support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries through the company's support portal, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and guide them in producing tailored reports and analytics.
- Assist clients in designing and developing insightful visualizations and reports using tools like Tableau and our proprietary analytics platform.
- Work with the product team to address evolving customer requirements by suggesting and implementing system improvements.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance overall product functionality and service offerings.
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in software support or project management is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- A flexible, solution-focused approach and a positive attitude.
Bonus Skills: Experience with CoreHR/PeopleXD or Tableau is highly desirable.
