Role Overview:
As a Commercial & Commercial Property Solicitor in this firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and support to a diverse range of clients, including businesses, property developers, and investors. Your expertise will be essential in assisting clients with a variety of commercial and property matters, ensuring the legal aspects of their business transactions and property dealings are well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial law, including business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general commercial contracts.
- Handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including leases, sales and purchases, development agreements, and property financing.
- Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, leases, and property-related documentation.
- Providing strategic legal advice to corporate clients, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory environments.
- Working closely with other departments within the firm to offer comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Keeping up to date with changes in commercial and property law and providing insights to clients on how these changes may affect their business operations.
- Managing client relationships, ensuring clear communication, and providing excellent service throughout each stage of legal proceedings.
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and commercial property law.
- Strong experience in handling commercial contracts, property transactions, and corporate law matters.
- Experience in property development, landlord and tenant law, and related disputes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work efficiently under pressure.
- A team player who is also capable of working independently.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or the UK (Admitted to the Roll of Solicitors).
- A strong academic background in law, with a focus on commercial and property law.
