12 month hourly rate contract opportunity for a Facilities Engineer with extensive experience working with HVAC & Utility systems in GMP environments.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all facility equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to support production and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility operations.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
- Minimum of 3 years experience in engineering & Facilities management desired
- Direct experience with Utilities systems (clean / grey) & HVAC is preferred.
- Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Responsible for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- On site requirement of 5 days a week.
