Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagements across diverse industries, areas, and specialisms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Scope, lead, and direct innovative data solutions leveraging the latest open-source and proprietary technologies, tools, and methodologies. Example project areas include: Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Data on Cloud and Data Architecture.
- Work effectively within and lead diverse teams in an inclusive team culture.
- Utilize industry best practices and expertise to create high-value business solutions.
- Coach and mentor junior team members, aligning responsibilities with their development goals.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Maths, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering data-related projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders with high-quality, practical advice.
- Familiarity with project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, articulate, and collaborative approach.
- Commercial experience in information and data management roles.
- Basic knowledge or exposure to machine learning, data mining, data visualization, and artificial intelligence techniques.
