System Admin/DevOps Engineer FTC Opportunity
Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for cloud technologies?
This is a fantastic opportunity for a System Admin/DevOps Engineer to take ownership of their cloud infrastructure and contribute to the ongoing success of this growing organisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing the maintenance and optimisation of cloud-based systems, including Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database and more.
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments and ensuring the reliability of applications.
- Designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager and Azure CLI.
- Safeguarding systems and data by implementing robust security measures, such as encryption, access controls and threat monitoring.
- Responding to and resolving incidents promptly and effectively.
- Working closely with development teams, IT support and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in system administration, DevOps, or cloud computing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
