Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive key brand initiatives, ensuring they reflect strategic priorities and strengthen brand positioning.
- Develop and launch compelling marketing campaigns designed to boost engagement and drive conversions across diverse platforms.
- Collaborate with performance and media teams to create and implement well-rounded media strategies, effectively balancing paid, owned, and earned media to maximize results.
- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to shape marketing strategies and identify untapped opportunities.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and use data insights to enhance future marketing efforts and improve overall ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring seamless communication and a joint focus on meeting performance goals.
The Successful Candidate:
- 5 + years experience in Marketing, Digital, Brand or Campaigns.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of paid, owned and earned media strategies.
- Previous experience launching digital products and branding on a national scale.
- Proficient in Marketing Analytics Tools and related platforms.
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking or Digital Agency is desirable but not essential.
- Detail oriented, strong communication, with a passion for building out strong branding and storytelling.
