Job Title: Paid Media and Performance Marketing Specialist
A fantastic opportunity for a robust and innovative Paid Media Specialist to join a fintech organisation based in Dublin South. Providing a fast-paced and dynamic environment for a performance-led individual to contribute to the success of the organisations paid media platforms, as well as the overall brand tone of voice and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support paid media manager in the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, and display.
* Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
* Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and optimise campaigns accordingly.
* Work with paid media manager and media agency daily to ensure campaign performance at optimum levels.
* Work in collaboration with data, analytics and reporting colleagues to develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and optmise effectiveness and ROI.
* Develop ongoing road map to test and learn across current and new activity.
* Work closely with the communications and content team to develop compelling creative and content that drives engagement and conversions.
Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.
* 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
* Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through digital marketing channels.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing technology and tools.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to translate into actionable insights to drive performance.
* Experience managing external agencies and vendors.
* Media agency experience an advantage.
