Our client, a leader in financial services, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join their team in Dublin. This role is ideal for an experienced project leader ready to make a big impact within a global environment, steering critical projects and driving transformative initiatives.
About the Role: In this position, you'll lead high-profile change initiatives, overseeing end-to-end project delivery to meet strategic and regulatory objectives. Working with teams across the organization, you'll ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and regulatory initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments.
- Oversee project planning and execution, maintaining alignment with client goals.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in change or project delivery, ideally in Capital Markets.
- Skilled with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile experience and a strong background in complex, matrixed environments are advantageous.
