Morgan McKinley are partnering with an evolving public sector body to recruit a Radio Engineer on a 12 month contract!
The role
As a Radio Engineer you will conduct technical assessments of applications for radio spectrum licences and actively collaborate with applicants throughout the assessment process.
The successful candidate will also support colleagues with various aspects of radio spectrum licensing as needed.
Location: Dublin - Hybrid working 2 days onsite
Essential
- A bachelor's degree with honors in Telecommunications, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Understanding of radiocommunication systems and radio frequency propagation principles.
Desirable
- At least 6 months of professional experience, ideally in the communications industry - graduate/entry level
- Experience working with network planning or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Ireland's telecommunications sector.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
