We are looking for a results-driven Retail Marketing Manager with a focus on sales to boost foot traffic and revenue across stores. This position involves creating and implementing localised marketing initiatives, such as in-store displays, signage, community involvement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in retail marketing, a history of driving measurable improvements in store performance, and experience in team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and support sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Use marketing campaigns to attract more customers to stores, with proven results and examples.
- Track marketing effectiveness using data, KPIs, and sales metrics, demonstrating success with clear examples.
- Adapt marketing tools and approaches to fit regional preferences and drive sales across different areas in Ireland.
- Develop marketing plans for specific store locations and build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance brand awareness.
- Design and manage impactful point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Monitor foot traffic, sales conversions, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize effectiveness.
- Mentor team members, foster growth, and stay informed about retail marketing trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales and driving foot traffic through marketing initiatives in a multi-store retail setting.
- Strong experience in retail marketing, including local partnerships, community engagement, and knowledge of the local media landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with proven people management experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and extracting actionable insights to enhance marketing and sales performance.
- Skilled in budget management, creative problem-solving, and using relevant marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, along with experience in the furniture industry.
- Hands-on experience working directly with retail stores or in a retail environment, with a results-oriented approach to achieving business goals.
