An E&M contractor is looking for a System Control Engineer (EIE). With ongoing operational demand, the client is seeking for individuals with experience to electrical and instrumentation engineering. The suitable candidate should be experienced in PLC Allen Bradley and SCADA.
About The Role
As a System Control Engineer, you will be responsible for design and development for Distributed Control and Automation Systems. Simultaneously, be accountable for system configuration, and system acceptance works for the fulfilment of project milestones.
Job Responsibilities
- Work alongside Project Execution Centre to ensure a smooth handover process of PLC work
- Responsible for industrial control systems design and development based on key account's technical specifications and requirements
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely T&C process, such as but not limited to system configuration, and system acceptance for PLC system
- Provide on-site assistance to the process of troubleshoot for all related PLC faults and incidents reported
- Draft relevant technical and material submissions for full support to the process of tendering
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Above of Engineering in Electrical Engineering or any other relevant discipline of Engineering
- Minimum 3.5 years of experience in Simatic S7 PLC Programming/ PLC Allen Bradley, all of which should be obtained within the industrial and automation sector
- Experience in the applications of software solutions for industrial control systems is a must
- Previous knowledge to SCADA systems is highly preferred
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets and communication skills to facilitate communications and work with stakeholders
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant System Control Engineer
