A sizeable E&M contractor is looking for a Senior Engineer (BMS). With ongoing project demands, they are currently recruiting for individuals with networking protocols experience.
About The Role
As a Senior Engineer (BMS), you will be responsible for design, build, and operation for BMS projects. Further, the applicant should be proficient with the use of BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and LonWorks, etc
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external parties on all activities related to BMS/ E&M projects
- Monitor T&C progress on-site and expedite resolutions to resolve problems affecting the achievement of project timeline
- Evaluate and identify list of defects and prioritize phases of rectification to overcome delays within the project
- Prepare engineering drawings and technical documents for the preparation of the tendering cycle
- Draft meeting minutes and progress reports for a smooth and accurate documentation of project status
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology & Management or any relevant Engineering discipline of studies
- Minimum 4 years of BMS design, build, and operation experience, preferably obtained within a sizeable E&M contracting company
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficiency in networking protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, M-Bus, and LonWorks, etc is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skillset to facilitate work with government officials and key stakeholders for a smooth project delivery
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the title of Engineer
