A well-known enterprise is recruiting for a Project Engineer (BMS). With ongoing operational demand, the client is seeking for individuals with experience to DBO for BMS system.
About The Role
As a Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for design, build, and operations for BMS related project matters. Simultaneously, coordinate for the process of T&C to ensure project deliverables are met accordingly.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out design, build, and operations for BMS system related project matters
- Prepare BMS system schematic designs and material & technical submissions preparation to ensure a smooth bidding/ tendering process
- Manage and coordinate site work to refrain deviations from customer's technical requirements
- Carry out inspection with consultant inspectors prior to the process of handover to client
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Above of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Service Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of BMS/ Building Control System related experience, preferably all of which is obtained within the sector of E&M Contracting
- Candidate must have previous DBO experience for BMS
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets and communication skills to facilitate communications and work with key accounts
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the title of Senior Project Engineer
- Immediate availability is preferred
