A well-known E&M contractor is looking for a Chief Maintenance Engineer. With ongoing project demands, they are currently recruiting for individuals with experience to development and execution of maintenance protocol for railway/ MTR projects.
About The Role
As a Chief Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing O&M routine preventive and corrective maintenance protocols performed by a team of technicians on-site. Further, handle customer's technical enquiries/ cases of emergencies and provide appropriate solutions to counteract the incident at hand.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage site work conducted by a team of technicians and to ensure routine preventive and corrective maintenance protocols are completed under statutory requirements and standards provided by customer
- Perform site inspections after T&C and expedite resolutions to resolve technical problems prior to the hand over process
- Handle cases of emergencies and lead in the process of troubleshoot to ensure defects are resolved
- Conduct fault diagnostics according to incident report and provide solutions/ debugging solutions for upcoming enhancement and corrective actions
- Liaise with external parties, such as but not limited to client, and consultants for regular operational updates
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of O&M experience, preferably all of which is obtained within the sector of E&M Contracting
- An individual who is registered electrical worker of grade A(0) is a must
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- A hardworking candidate with a can do attitude to overcome obstacles and challenges in their daily responsibilities
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
