A multinational company is recruiting for a Field Service & Application Manager. With ongoing operational demands, the client is seeking for individuals with experience to providing leadership to an existing field service team, simultaneously to ensure budget and resources are competitive and cost-effective for all service-related issues.
About The Role
As a Field Service & Application Manager, you'll be responsible for responsible for bid and service contract management responsibilities to ensure the organisation's capability on fulfilling on the needs and requirements of key accounts. Moreover, the candidate will lead processes of fault diagnostics to ensure identified incidents of product defects are overcome with appropriate troubleshooting procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to a team of field service engineers and to ensure service operations are achieved with high performance on a day-to-day basis
- Develop duty/ roaster schedule and delegate manpower or resources to fulfil responsibilities of maintenance and operations
- Carry out performance reviews for field service team members and develop action plans to uplift and enhance field service operations
- Oversee processes of contractual operations, such as but not limited to ensuring budget and resources planning remains competitive and cost-effective for all service-related matters
- Responsible for leading processes of fault diagnostics to ensure identified incidents of product defects are overcome with appropriate troubleshooting procedures
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Above of Engineering in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any other relevant disciplines of Engineering
- Minimum 6 years of equipment engineering/ maintenance and operations experience, preferably with exposure to the industry of Manufacturing
- Candidate must have previous experience to electronic process and control instruments/ equipment
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skillsets and communication skills to facilitate work with key accounts
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the title of Assistant Field Service Manager
- Immediate availability is preferred
